The Effects of Service Innovation and Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction: A Case of Residential Security Service

چکیده

Technological innovation services have been imported into the service quality of residential security, showing improvement customer satisfaction with intelligent system. The study hence aims at how and affect in security by questionnaire survey. By using random sampling, 316 shares effective questionnaires were analyzed SPSS through correlation analysis, regression IPA. results show: 1) Customer was significantly positively affected quality. 2) Service innovations 3) innovation. 4) effect on mediated IPA reveals minor gaps between expected actual satisfaction, it demonstrates that is close to satisfaction.
